HR Management
The consultant has experience from a wide range of HR roles and issues. Accordingly, HR management and HR organisation is offered at various levels within the organisation. Leadership and development of the HR function at a strategic business level or restructuring and building HR procedures for people administration at the operational level can be conducted by the consultant. The consultant is also a proactive player within the organisation building relations as well as implementing new HR systems and procedures.
