To become a Chartered Fellow you must have ten years’ relevant experience at managerial level, seven of which must be in a specific HR or people development role. Current and most recent roles must be at a strategic management level, confirming career progression. Becoming a Chartered Fellow will allow you to use the designation, Chartered FCIPD after your name.
